You can return eligible items for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.
To start the return process, please contact our support team at support@co2art.eu and provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

If you are returning items to us from a country outside the European Union, you must complete the customs declaration correctly and clearly indicate that the package contains returned goods.
Failure to declare the shipment as returned goods may result in customs duties, taxes, or additional handling charges. CO₂Art cannot accept responsibility for or cover any charges incurred due to an incorrectly completed customs declaration.
